At MyIna, each garment is thoughtfully handcrafted and carefully prepared before dispatch. Please review the shipping and payment details below before placing your order.

Free shipping is available on all domestic orders across India.
๐ฆ Dispatch Timeline
Dispatch timelines vary depending on the product category:

Ready-to-Wear (RTW) Products:
Ships within 6โ7 working days -
Made-to-Order (MTO) / Crafted-on-Request Products:
Ships within 7โ15 working days

๐ Delivery Address
Orders are shipped to the address provided during checkout.
Please ensure your address, pincode, and contact number are accurate.
MyIna will not be responsible for delays or delivery failures caused by incorrect details provided by the customer.
๐ฉ Tracking Information
Tracking details will be shared via email or SMS once the order is dispatched.
๐ Delivery Attempts
Our delivery partners will attempt delivery up to three (3) times.
If the shipment is returned due to:

failed delivery attempts,
-
incorrect address,
-
customer unavailability, or
-
refusal to accept delivery,
the order will be treated as Return to Origin (RTO) and no refund will be processed.
Re-shipping may be arranged at an additional shipping cost.

๐ฐ Shipping Charges
International shipping charges vary depending on destination and parcel weight, typically ranging between โน3,000 โ โน7,000.
Final shipping charges will be confirmed by the MyIna team after order placement.
๐งพ Duties & Taxes

Import duties, customs charges, and local taxes are not included in shipping fees.

These charges must be paid by the customer at the time of delivery.

Duties are determined by the destination countryโs customs authority.
If duties or taxes are refused and the shipment becomes undeliverable, no refunds will be issued.

Tracking details will be shared after dispatch.

Delivery will be attempted up to three (3) times by the courier partner.

Returned international shipments due to non-acceptance or failed delivery attempts are not eligible for refunds.

As per RBI regulations, Indian debit/credit cards must be enabled for international transactions by the cardholder through their bank.
