At MyIna, each garment is thoughtfully handcrafted and carefully prepared before dispatch. Please review the shipping and payment details below before placing your order.


๐Ÿšš Domestic Shipping (India)

โœ… Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping is available on all domestic orders across India.


๐Ÿ“ฆ Dispatch Timeline

Dispatch timelines vary depending on the product category:

  • Ready-to-Wear (RTW) Products:
    Ships within 6โ€“7 working days

  • Made-to-Order (MTO) / Crafted-on-Request Products:
    Ships within 7โ€“15 working days

Exact dispatch timelines are also mentioned on individual product pages.


๐Ÿ“ Delivery Address

Orders are shipped to the address provided during checkout.
Please ensure your address, pincode, and contact number are accurate.

MyIna will not be responsible for delays or delivery failures caused by incorrect details provided by the customer.


๐Ÿ“ฉ Tracking Information

Tracking details will be shared via email or SMS once the order is dispatched.


๐Ÿšš Delivery Attempts

Our delivery partners will attempt delivery up to three (3) times.

If the shipment is returned due to:

  • failed delivery attempts,

  • incorrect address,

  • customer unavailability, or

  • refusal to accept delivery,

the order will be treated as Return to Origin (RTO) and no refund will be processed.

Re-shipping may be arranged at an additional shipping cost.

Working days exclude:

  • Saturdays

  • Sundays

  • Public holidays

These days are not counted in dispatch or delivery timelines.


๐ŸŒ International Shipping

๐Ÿ’ฐ Shipping Charges

International shipping charges vary depending on destination and parcel weight, typically ranging between โ‚น3,000 โ€“ โ‚น7,000.

Final shipping charges will be confirmed by the MyIna team after order placement.


๐Ÿงพ Duties & Taxes

  • Import duties, customs charges, and local taxes are not included in shipping fees.

  • These charges must be paid by the customer at the time of delivery.

  • Duties are determined by the destination countryโ€™s customs authority.

If duties or taxes are refused and the shipment becomes undeliverable, no refunds will be issued.


๐Ÿ“ฉ Tracking & Delivery

  • Tracking details will be shared after dispatch.

  • Delivery will be attempted up to three (3) times by the courier partner.

  • Returned international shipments due to non-acceptance or failed delivery attempts are not eligible for refunds.

We accept secure payments via:

  • Credit & Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard)

  • Net Banking

  • UPI

  • Wallet Payments

  • Razorpay (secure payment gateway)

Cash on Delivery (COD) may be available on select orders or locations.


๐ŸŒŽ International Orders

Accepted payment methods:

  • Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express*)

  • PayPal

  • PayU (secure third-party gateway)

*Some American Express cards may not be supported due to gateway limitations. Customers may use PayPal as an alternative.

As per RBI regulations, Indian debit/credit cards must be enabled for international transactions by the cardholder through their bank.

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier operations, weather conditions, or unforeseen logistical delays.

  • Once an order is dispatched, delivery timelines are controlled by the shipping partner.

  • MyIna is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance (for international shipments).

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
