π Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 48 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not entered production or been dispatched.

Cancellations are not accepted if:

The order has already been dispatched or entered production
-
The product is Crafted On Request (made-to-order/customised)

The request is made after 48 hours
Once an order is processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
At MyIna, we truly want you to love what you receive. Each garment is thoughtfully crafted with care and precision. However, if something isnβt right, hereβs how we can help.
1.β β Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
β’ Return request must be raised within 6 days of delivery
β’ The item must be:
β’ Unused
β’ Unwashed
β’ Unworn
β’ With all original tags attached
β’ In original packaging
β’ Applicable only to standard, non-customized products
Not Eligible for Return:
β’ Sale or discounted items
β’ Crafted-on-request products
β’ Made-to-order styles
β’ Customized garments
β’ Orders placed using store credits or discount coupons
β’ Items showing signs of wear, washing, damage, perfume, stains, or alteration
2.β β Exchange Policy
We do not offer exchanges on most products.
Only select products are eligible for size exchange. You can check whether a product is eligible for exchange directly on its individual product page.
Conditions for Exchange:
β’ Exchange request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
β’ Only size exchange is allowed (if the product is eligible)
β’ Sale or discounted products are eligible for a one-time size exchange only, as specified on the product page and subject to size availability.
β’ Orders placed using store credits or discount coupons are not eligible for exchange
β’ Crafted-on-request / made-to-order products are not eligible
β’ The exchanged product will be dispatched only after we receive the returned item at our warehouse in good condition
β’ The complete exchange process may take 10β12 working days
π Exchange Return Shipping
Customers may choose one of the following options:
Option 1 β Self Shipping (Recommended):
Customer ships the product back to our warehouse using a reliable courier service at their own cost.
OR
Option 2 β Reverse Pickup by MyIna:
If MyIna arranges the reverse pickup, an additional βΉ150 logistics fee will be applicable.
Exchange pickup will be scheduled only after payment of this fee.
3.β β Free Return Policy
For eligible return cases, return shipping is free of cost.
We will arrange the reverse pickup and bear the return shipping charges as a gesture of goodwill β because your satisfaction matters to us.
However, this applies only to approved return requests that meet all eligibility conditions mentioned above.
4.β β Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Product
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:
β’ The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
β’ Claims raised after 48 hours of delivery will not be accepted
β’ Clear unboxing video and images may be required for verification
Please Note:
β’ Minor misprints, thread irregularities, weave variations, or slight design inconsistencies are not considered defects
β’ Color variations from website images are not considered damage
β’ All our garments are handcrafted, and such variations are a natural sign of authenticity
β’ Product images are shot in natural light; therefore, slight colour differences may occur due to lighting and screen settings
Failure to report within the 48-hour window will result in the claim being rejected.
5.β β Processing Timeline
β’ Returns & exchanges are processed within 7β10 working days
β’ Once the returned item reaches our facility, it will undergo a quality check
β’ Approval is subject to meeting all eligibility conditions
6.β β Refund Policy
Once your return is approved after quality inspection:
β’ Refund will be processed within 6β8 working days
β’ Refund will be issued to the original payment method
For COD Orders:
β’ Refunds for Cash on Delivery orders will be issued as store credit only
β’ We are unable to process bank refunds for COD payments
7.β β Additional Important Notes
β’ Products purchased from third-party marketplaces or other sales channels must follow the return and exchange policy of that respective platform
β’ Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable
β’ MyIna is not responsible for lost return shipments if not sent via a trackable shipping method
β’ The company reserves the right to make the final decision in all return, exchange and refund
