CANCELLATION & RETURNS

At MyIna (operated by SIMCITY), we’re committed to providing a seamless and transparent shopping experience. Whether you need to cancel an order or request a return, we've made the process simple and customer-friendly.


🔖 Order Cancellation

We understand that plans change. If you'd like to cancel your order, you can do so within 48 hours of placing it.

Please note, cancellations will not be accepted if:

  • The item has already been dispatched or entered production.

  • The item is a Crafted On Request product (made-to-order and not eligible for cancellation).

Once an order is processed or shipped, it is no longer eligible for cancellation.


🔄 Easy Returns & Refunds

At MyIna, we want you to love what you wear. If something’s not quite right, here’s how we can help:

✅ What Can Be Returned

  • Only standard (non-customized) products are eligible.

  • You must request a return within 3 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, with tags and original packaging intact.

❌ What Can’t Be Returned

  • Crafted On Request items (custom or made-to-order).

  • Sale or discounted items — these are final sales.

  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, or washing.

💸 Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 6–8 working days after we receive and inspect your return.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method used.


🛠 Damaged or Incorrect Product?

We’re truly sorry if you receive an item that’s damaged or not what you ordered.

Here’s what to do:

  • Contact us via email within 24 hours of receiving the product.

  • Share your order details and clear product images.

  • If approved, ship the product back within 3 days.

  • We’ll repair the item or offer an exchange or refund, depending on the case.


📏 Size Exchange – Crafted On Request Items

We offer a one-time size exchange on made-to-order products.

  • Request must be made within 3 days of delivery.

  • Exchange is subject to availability and production timeline.

  • Reverse shipping is to be handled by the customer.


ℹ️ Additional Notes

  • All returns must be approved via email before sending the product back.

  • Products purchased through events, exhibitions, or third-party platforms will follow their respective return/cancellation terms.

  • Refunds will not be given for items damaged due to wear, improper handling, or washing.

  • Products under manufacturer warranty should be handled through the brand/manufacturer directly.
