WASH CARE
Care & Craft
Handcrafted using traditional techniques and natural dyes.
Slight colour variations and gentle bleeding are natural characteristics of hand-block printed and naturally dyed fabrics.
Care Instructions
• Hand wash separately in cold water
• Use mild detergent only
• Wash inside out
• Flat dry or line dry in shade
• Dry clean recommended for heavily embroidered pieces
Please Note
• Natural dyes may bleed in every wash
• Avoid soaking, machine washing, bleaching, or direct sunlight
• Do not spray perfume or alcohol-based products directly on the garment
Store folded or hung in a breathable cotton cover, away from moisture and light.
SHIPPING & RETURNS
Eligibility for Refund / Return
Products must be reported within 6 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition — with tags intact and no stains, marks, or damage.
Made-to-Order (MTO) / Crafted on Request items are not eligible for refunds.
Exchanges for MTO / Crafted on Request items are allowed only once, and only for size-related issues.
Refund Process
If a refund is approved by MYINA, it will be processed within 7–10 business days after the returned product passes quality checks.
Refunds are credited back to the original payment method.

Made-to-Order / Crafted on Request items: dispatched within 7–18 days.
International Shipping
Shipping charges range between ₹3000–₹7000, depending on the destination country.
Duties and taxes are not included in the shipping fee; they are calculated by your country’s customs and must be paid by you at the time of delivery.
If the customer refuses to pay duties/taxes and the order cannot be delivered, no refund will be issued.

Do not accept the package if the courier box or seal is broken.
For issues such as damaged garments, incorrect products, or missing items, a clear video of the unboxing process is required to resolve the matter quickly.
