Domestic Shipping
Free shipping on all domestic orders.
Orders are delivered to the address provided at checkout.
Ready-to-wear orders: dispatched within 7–10 days.
Made-to-Order / Crafted on Request items: dispatched within 7–18 days.
International Shipping
Shipping charges range between ₹3,000 – ₹7,000, depending on the destination country.
Duties and taxes are not included in the shipping fee and must be paid by the customer at the time of delivery, as per local customs regulations.
If duties/taxes are refused and the order cannot be delivered, no refund will be issued.

Eligibility for Refund / Return / Exchange
Products must be reported within 6 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition, with tags intact and no stains, marks, or damage.
Sale items are eligible for exchange only, subject to availability.
Sale / discounted items are not eligible for returns or refunds.
Made-to-Order (MTO) / Crafted on Request items are not eligible for refunds.
One-time size exchange is allowed for MTO / Crafted on Request items, only for size-related issues.
Refund Process
If a refund is approved by MYINA, it will be processed within 7–10 business days after the returned product passes quality checks.
Refunds are credited back to the original payment method.

Important Notice
Do not accept the package if the courier box or seal is broken.
For damaged garments, incorrect products, or missing items, a clear unboxing video is mandatory to process the request efficiently.
