To ensure the longevity of your handcrafted garments, store them in a breathable cotton bag or garment cover when not in use. Always store them separately to avoid any friction or damage to the fabric. Keep them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

SHIPPING & RETURNS
Eligibility for Refund
The product must be reported within 3 days of delivery, and it must not be a Made-to-Order (MTO) item.
The item must be original, unused, and without any damage, stains, or marks.
MTO orders are not eligible for returns.
Notes
Sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
For MTO orders, refunds are not permitted. Exchanges are allowed only once and are limited to size-related issues.
If MYINA approves a refund, it will be processed within 7-10 business days after the product is returned to its original condition. Terms and conditions apply.
Domestic Shipping
We offer free shipping on all domestic orders. Deliveries will be sent to the shipping address provided at checkout.
Ready-to-wear orders will be shipped within 7-10 days.
MTO orders will be shipped within 7-18 days.
International Shipping
For international orders, a shipping fee will be applied based on the destination country, ranging from ₹3000 to ₹7000. Please note that duties and taxes are not included in the shipping charges and will be applicable on top of the shipping fees paid at checkout. These duties and taxes are assessed when the shipment enters the destination country, and vary based on the country and the imported products.
Customers are responsible for paying the applicable duties and taxes directly to the shipping agency at the time of delivery. If a customer refuses to pay these charges, and delivery is unsuccessful, no refunds will be issued. Please refer to our Return & Exchange Policy for further details.
Important Notice
Please do not accept the package if the courier or box seal is broken. For any issues with the garment, incorrect product, or missing items, a video of the unboxing process is required to resolve the matter.
